Von 11.-13. Mai 2018 fand in Maria Alm die zweite Auflage unseres Trail-Raids statt.

Vielen Dank an meine zwei Kollegen Steve Auch und Philipp Reiter. Ohne die zwei wäre die Veranstaltung undenkbar.

sonnblick left north colouir - an adventure in "ba sonnblick left north colouir - an adventure in "bad" coditions after a cloudy night we had already doubts if this is possible... corny snow from the beginning on but we decided to continue as long as it's not too dangerous! at the beginning of the colouir we had a long discussion and we went on... with the skis on our backpack the conditions got better and better untill the last 50 meters - knee deep wind blown snow made it almost impossible to get to the cornice to exit directly underneth the summit! it was hard work and took a lot of time but we've made it and as a reward the sun appeared for a few seconds! great teamwork!
how the end a perfect trip in the heart of the alp how the end a perfect trip in the heart of the alps - with a climb up to #rimpfischhorn - a really cool summit with space for just one person on top! we went from @monterosahut across several passes as high as the highest mountains in austria 🤪 across the fissured mellichgletscher!
the next adventure started with a climb up to the the next adventure started with a climb up to the @monterosahut to stay for a night and to enjoy the sunset! the next day we started very early to climb the highest mountain of 🇨🇭! icy conditions made it not easy and half of the rope partys turned round at the saddle of the west ridge! we took our skis with us because we wanted to rope down to silbersattel after reaching the summit! we had the best weather conditions imaginable! we had the chance to stay at the summit alone for a while and we enjoyed this moment but we were already looking forward to get a big piece of chocolate cake back at the hut 🤗
weissmies was out first 4000+ summit during our st weissmies was out first 4000+ summit during our stay at 🇨🇭 - we started from saas-grund and climbed up to weissmieshütte and then continued by climbing a couloir back to the normal winter route! we decided to take this way because it looked more safe than crossing underneath the icefall! a really cool summit to acclimate for the upcoming challenges!

#ritterkopf was one from the bucket list! a 3006m #ritterkopf was one from the bucket list! a 3006m summit with a really steep climb - this mountain needs really safe conditions - 1750 vertical metres and just 5,7km is a good #playground to practice your kickturn skills 😅
